"Antares Station" is the follow-up release to 2024’s "Dawn of Time." The two long-form tracks were recorded during the critically acclaimed Home Concert series, which Martin Stürtzer has been running without interruption since 2020. Both tracks begin with cosmic ambiences, pads, and sound effects created by Stürtzer using his collection of analog and digital synthesizers. Before entering cryosleep, the listener is caught by a stream of evolving sequences.

The two shorter tracks highlight the melodic potential of Stürtzer’s work, blending smooth basslines with progressing harmonies and intricate sequences.

The material was carefully mixed by Martin Stürtzer with the vinyl format in mind and mastered by Leon Bölting at Arclab using high-end tools, always with the goal of preserving the dynamic range of the analog instruments.

Instruments: Moog Minimoog, Sub37 & Matriarch, Sequential Prophet 10, Oberheim Xpander & OB-6, Expressive-E Osmose, Udo Super 6, Roland Juno 60, Access Virus TI, Waldorf Microwave & Iridium, Omnisphere, Zebra.
